Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Chole bhature:

  1. 200 gm white chana or chickpeas
  2. 2 table spoon oil
  3. 1 black tea
  4. 2 Clove
  5. 1 black cardamom
  6. as per taste Salt,
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  8. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  9. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  10. 1 big size onion
  11. 2 mid tomato
  12. 1 green chilli
  13. 1 inch piece ginger
  14. 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  15. For bhature
  16. 1 cup wheat flour
  17. 1/2 cup suji
  18. 3 table spoon curd
  19. 1 tea spoon sugar
  20. 2 teaspoon oil
  21. as required Lukewarm water
  22. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  23. as needed Oil for frying

Steps to make to make Chole bhature

  1. Boil over night soaked chickpeas in cooker. Add salt clove cardamom roasted jeera powder garam masala & tea seshe.
  2. Boil it for 20 minutes. Make masala onion & tomato grind smooth. In a pan or cooker add oil & fry chopped garlic in it.
  3. Put out from oil ginger. Roast onion tomato masala in it. Add dry masala & again roast till masala leave the oil.
  4. Now add checkpeas in it. For thick curry we can mashed some checkpeas. Curry proportion is depend on our choice. Roast for some time & add checkpea 's boiled water.
  5. Again cooked on 2 whistle. Add kasuri methi fry ginger & green chilli slices. Its ready for serve.
  6. For bhature dough ----- Take wheat flour suji 1/ 2 teaspoon salt 3 table spoon curd baking soda & sugar mix all ingredients very well. Now take warm water & khned the dough.
  7. Not so hard not so soft its normal dough. We can leave it for 1 hour cover with a soft cloth & put on a warm place.
  8. Take a wok add oil heat it very well. Now with oily hand dough knead again for few sec.now take a mid size peda rub into dry flour & roll it any shape round or ovel.
  9. Fry it till crisp & golden put it on a napkin paper till extra oil soaked. Serve it with pickle.
  10. A best meal for ever. Wheat flour bathura is the best substitute of all-purpose flour. Enjoy the Thali.
