  2. 4 table spoon gramflour
  3. 6-7 clove garlic
  4. 1 tea spoon jeera
  5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  6. 2 table spoon oil
  7. as taste salt
  8. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 tea spoon haldi
  10. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  12. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  13. 1 pinch hing
  14. For pakora
  15. 1 big size onion
  16. 4 tea spoon gramflour
  17. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli
  18. 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
  19. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  20. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  21. per taste Salt
  22. As required Oil for pakora frying
  23. For rice
  24. 200 gm basmati rice
  25. 1 tea spoon jeera
  26. 1 tablespoon oil
  27. as per taste Salt
  28. 1/ 2 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions to make to make Kadi chawal

  1. First we ready pakora dough. Chopped onion besan & all dry masala make a thick dough. Heat the oil in a wok & fry the pakora in any shape.
  2. Fry it till crisp. After frying keep aside. Now take a deep bowl add curd besan & 2 cup water mix it with spoon or beater. Consistency depends on our taste thick or thin.
  3. In a wok add 2 tablespoon oil roast jeera mustard seeds & hing. When spices cracked add dry masala roast it for 2 min now add curd batter &stir it continues. Add some more water mix proper & boil it on low flame till it become thick as you like.
  4. Now add pakora garam masala & kasuri methi. Some more time boil it & then off the flame. Keep aside. Kadi is ready.
  5. Rice soaked for 1 hour after proper wash. Take a pan add oil roast jeera when cracked add salt & garam masala. Roast it 1 min & add double water of the rice. When water boiled proper add rice.
  6. Cooked it use a loose lid. Check it 1 or 2 times.when water absorbed off the flame & covet it with proper lid. For this method rice cooked well & will not be sticky. When we serve rice we do that the rice ladle slowly move on the rice so that they will not break.
  7. Both dishes are ready. Serve It garam garam with pickle & onion salad. A mouthwatring combo.
