  1. Wash, peel and chop onion. Separate its layers. Chop capsicum in square pieces.
  2. Wash, peel and chop tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli and grind in a mixer to a fine paste.
  3. Add curd in a mixing bowl. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander seeds powder and kasuri methi and mix it well.
  4. Heat a wok. Dry roast gram flour till aroma comes up and besan turn light pink. It may take 2-3 minutes. Remove it in a plate.
  5. Add cooking oil in a wok. Add chopped onion and capsicum and cook on low flame till it turn half cooked. Then remove it in a plate.

  7. Now add garam masala and curd mixture prepared at step 3 and mix and cook on low flame till it gets thick.
  8. Keep on stirring in between. Now add chopped onion and capsicum.
  9. Add roasted gram flour and salt and mix well. Mix 1/2 bowl of water and cook on low flame covered for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Stir in between 2-3 times as gram flour tends to stick in bottom.
  11. Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
