  4. Hit the oil in pan and roast cumin seeds and hing. Then roast gravy of tomato.
  5. When the grid is fully then add malai and milk.
  6. When the Malai is fully cooked and take out oil then add all the spices in.
  7. After cooking this gravy add in boiled dal.
  8. Now dal makhani is ready and serve with naan.
