- After 7-8 minutes, when it starts releasing a fragrance & turns light golden brown in colour, add 1/2 Cup Desi Ghee in it + ghee in which dry fruits were roasted & mix them properly.
- Now roast suji in ghee till it turn golden brown in colour.
- After 6-7 minutes, when it turns golden brown in colour, add 1/2 Cup Sugar in it & mix it properly.
- Now cook them till sugar is completely dissolved in it.
- After 8-10 minutes, when sugar is completely dissolved in suji, add elaichi powder induced water in it & kix them properly.
- Now cook them till suji absorbs all water & turns thick.
- After 3-4 minutes, add 2 Table Spoon Milk with 1 Pinch Yellow Food Colour in it & mix them properly.
- Chop Dry Fruits roughly & add them in halwa.
- Cook them for 5-6 minutes.
