  2. 2 cup maida / all-purpose flour
  3. 2 tbsp semolina/rava
  4. 1 tsp active dry yeast
  5. 2 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 2-3 tsp oil
  8. 1/2 cup luck warm milk
  9. 1 +2cup luck warm water
  10. For paneer Tikka..... (optional)
  11. 75 g paneer cubes
  12. 2 tbsp hung curd
  13. 1 tsp salt or to taste
  14. 1 tsp chilli powder
  15. 1 tsp tikka masala
  16. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 1 tbsp butter
  19. For pizza toppings
  20. 1 onion
  21. 1 red and green capsicum
  22. 2 tsp oregano
  23. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  24. 10-15 fresh basil leaves
  25. 1 pack Amul diced cheese
  26. 1 tbsp oil for greasing the pan

Steps to make to make Veg Pan Pizza

  1. Mix water and milk and keep it ready. In a mixing bowl add Maida, semolina, salt, sugar and active dry yeast. Mix all together. Further, add milk-water little by little in 3-4 steps. Once you get a sticky dough, add 1tsp oil and knead it for 10-12 minutes or until you get a smooth dough that does not stick to your hand any more. The dough should become elastic and stretchable. Grease your hand with oil 2-3 times in between.
  2. Rub some oil all over the dough and Keep the dough in a greased air tight box and keep it in warm place for 3-4 hours or till the dough rise to the double.
  3. Meanwhile, for paneer Tikka... In a bowl add hung curd and all dry spices, whisk all together. Add paneer cubes and coat it with mixture nicely. Keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or more. Further, take it out from refrigerator. Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan and roast paneer cubes till golden from all sides. Keep it ready. Or you may also skip this step if you don't want to add paneer in pizza.
  4. After 4 hours Punch on the center of the dough and knead it again. Now divide the dough into four equal part. Take one part, roll it well and sprinkle some flour. With a rolling pin, gently roll to a slightly thin round pizza. Roll to get a 0.5 cm thickness. Sprinkle some more flour if required while rolling. With a knife or fork poke all over the center of the pizza to keep the from bubbling up.

  6. Similarly prepared all the pizza base and keep it ready. At the same time cut onion and capsicum into slices and keep it ready.
  7. Take one pizza base spread Pizza Sauce over it and topped with Paneer Tikka, onion slices, red and green capsicum slices.   8. Grease the pan with oil, Place pizza in pan cover and cook for 5-6 or more minutes on low flame. Take it out from pan.
