  2. Heat oil in a tadka pan. Roast mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and urad dal till it's aromatic. Mix this tadka with the batter.
  3. Mix green chilli and grated carrot. Then add fruit salt and a little water to activate eno. Mix the batter rigorously.
  4. Drop 1.5 tsp batter to each greased whole of the appe pan. Cove and cook both the sides for 3-4 minutes on low flame or till done.
  5. Serve delicious and heathy appe with chilli chutney.
