  2. 2 cup melon seeds
  3. 1/4 cup sugar (you can increase or decrease as per your taste)
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 1/2 cup khoya
  6. 1/2 cup mix nuts
  7. 1 tablespoon desi ghee
  8. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  9. For coconut Burfi -
  10. 2 cup designated coconut
  11. 1/4 cup sugar
  12. 1/4 cup water
  13. 1/2 cup khoya
  14. 1/2 cup mix nuts
  15. 1 tablespoon desi ghee
  16. 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions to make to make Melon Seeds and Coconut burfi

  1. Take one heavy bottom pan add melon seeds and dry roast them and churn them.
  2. Heat pan add khoya until it becomes little pink in colour. After that add melon seeds and mix well.
  3. In another pan add sugar with water. Then add cardamom powder and mix this sugar syrup with melon seeds and khoya mixture.
  4. Cook it on medium flame until it releases all it’s fat. Place it on a greased tray and decorate it with chopped nuts. Kanha’s Bhog melon seeds burfi is ready.
  5. For coconut burfi - Dry roast coconut in a heavy bottom pan and keep aside and then fry khoya until it becomes little pink in colour.
  6. Take one pan and dissolve sugar with water and add cardamom powder then pour this mixture into khoya coconut mixture. Cook it until it releases its fat. Transfer it into a greased tray and decorate it with mix nuts. Kanha’ s Bhog is ready. Jai kanhaiya lal ki
