- 1/2 tea spoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi

- as per required Oil for fry
- 1 pinch of hing

- Take a bowl add flour suji salt haldi & oil, mix it proper. Now make a soft dough. Cover it & leave for 15 minutes.
- Take a pan or vok add oil roast jeera hing & hing. Now add ginger & green chilli. Potato mashed proper & add in the pan now add all dry masala & peas.
- Stir it for 2 to 3 min till all ingredients mix proper. At last add chopped kaju. Keep mash it with spechula.
- Keep aside for cool. Now take the dough & Knead it again. Apply some oil & make a very big size chapati. Not thick or thin. Cover it with ready potato stuffing.
- All sides cover with stuffing slowly. Now do roll it slightly tight hands. Fold the edge of both sides. Check it proper that any side of roll should not be open. Cut approximate 2 inch of every piece.
