- 2 dry red chilli
- 4-5 pepper corns
- 1 green cardamom
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 garam masala powder
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- as per taste Salt
- Handful coriander and mint leaves chopped
- as required Oil for shallow fry
Instructions to make to make Veg kabab
- In a pan take warm water soaked Soya chunks into the water for ten minutes. then squeeze it and put it in a grinding jar grind it coarsely. transfer in a plate. take whole spices in a pan and dry roast for a minute. transfer it to a mixer jar add ginger garlic green chili and onion. then add grind Soya chunks then grind all together.
- Take the mixture on a plate add all powder spices, gram flour and cornflour, coriander and mint leaves add salt. then mix all very well.
- Now grease your hand with oil take some mixture and make medium size balls then flatten with your palm and give it the shape of a kabab. prepare all kababs. heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan then shallow fry these kababs on low to medium flame till they turn golden brown from both sides..serve as a snack or in lunch or dinner with paratha.
