- 1 onion half petals
- 1 capsicum cubes
- 1 tej patha,
- 1/2 inch ginger chopped, 4garlic chopped
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp pepper corns
- 3 red chillies
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 1 onion sliced, 1tomato chopped, 6-7cashew nuts
- 2 tsp fresh cream, 1green chilli slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp chilli powder, 1/2tsp garam masala, salt

- Keep a pan on low flame dry roast, red chillies,pepper corns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds until you get good aroma, when cooled, blend it in to coarse powder, your kadai masala powder is ready
- Heat up a sauce pan add oil add sliced onion, ginger, garlic, saute it until brown, add tomatoes chopped, and cashew nuts saute until 3-4 minutes cover it until tomatoes becomes mushy.. cool it down blend to a smooth paste
- Place a wok on medium heat add butter, tej patha, kasoori methi saute it, add onion petals, capsicum, turmeric powder, chilli powder saute it, add onion tomato paste and salt, add kadai masala powder, combine well, cook it untill oil starts to release
- Add 1/2 cup water, paneer cubes, fresh cream mix well cover the lid cook for 5 minutes, add garam masala chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and serve with paratha/naan...
