  8. Now take one bowl & add vinegar & chop green Chilli & little salt on it Then chop onions & coriander for garnishing Take cheese slab & chat masala
  9. Now take one by one roti & we will assemble it first then we will roast on tawa First place potato filling on roti then add vinegar with green Chilli then onion & coriander then chat masala
  10. Now add grated cheese on it & Then roll it tightly Similarly put filling on remaining rotis
  11. Now take hot tawa apply butter on both side of roti & place it on hot tawa & roast it till the color changes to golden brown
  12. Now your cheese veg Frankie is ready to serve
