Instructions to make to make Kadhai Paneer

  1. Cut paneer, capsicum, and onion in cube shape.
  2. In paneer cubes sprinkle red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix it well. Now add paneer. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Place the paneer on the pan. Flip and roast the cubes until little brown from all sides. Transfer the paneer pieces to a plate.
  4. Drop the capsicum and onion cubes in the pan and roast them until a little crunchy. Transfer them to a separate plate.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add black pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, red chili.
  6. Add the onions and saute it till changing color. add tomatoes.
  7. Now off the flame, cool it, and make a fine paste.
  8. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add masala paste. saute for a few seconds. Now, all dry masalas.
  9. Now add onion capsicum and paneer cubes. Add salt and half a cup water. Stir it gently. Cook it on low flame. Add kasoori methi.
  10. Serve kadahi paneer hot with roti, paratha, naan or kulchas.
