  5. On the thin roti, brush oil and sprinkle dry atta. Now fold from sides to form a square. You can make any shape you like.
  6. Put this paratha for roasting. Roast till it's done. It must be nicely golden brown. It's ready...
  7. Serve hot hot paratha with any sabzi/ fry of your choice.
