- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds and roast in ghee.
- Then add onion tomato paste saute until release ghee, now add all spices, salt, and roast until ghee becomes separate.
- Further, add Fenugreek leave and add soaked rajma, water cover with lid, cook upon medium to low flame for 25 minutes or until cook.
- Ready rajma garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- For rice. Firstly wash rice and soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat ghee in pressure cooker then add water, salt, and soaked rice and cook upon 2 whistles.
