- 11/2 cup sorghum flour
- 1 cup chopped dill leaves

- 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds and carom seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp amul butter
Steps to make to make Thalipith
- Dry roast all flours one by one for 5 minutes. keep aside. chop all veggies.
- In a big bowl put all flours, add all veggies.put red chilli powder, salt, carom seeds, white sesame seeds.put water and knead soft dough. rest for 15 minutes.
- Now take a plastic sheet. divide the dough into small balls. with the hands roll thalipith. Heat pan adds oil put thalipith and cook from both sides.
- Serve hot with malai dahi, green chilli pickle, sweet mango pickle.put a dollop of Amul butter and enjoy... Tastes yummy.very healthy recipe.
