  7. 150 gr paneer

  9. 1 teaspoon jeera
  10. a pinch ,of hing
  11. 1/2 tea spoon haldi
  12. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Steps to make to make Palak paneer

  1. Roughly chooped palak & wash it many times. Boil it for 5 to 6 min & just transfer into chilled water. From this method palak still its own colour.
  2. Now make masala, onion chilli & tomato grind into grinder. Take a pan add ghee roast jeera hing & finely chopped ginger.
  3. Now add grind masala & ghee roast it till brown add haldi & garam masala. When masala leave oil its perfect. After 2 min palak remove from chilled water & grind it also in grinder.
  4. Now palak puree add into roast masala, cooked it for 8 to 10 min on slow flame. At last add paneer pieces. If required add tarka again. Its ready. Serve it garam garam with roti paratha or rice.
