Steps to make to make Mutton Handi masalaydar

  1. In a frying dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom, fennel seeds, cloves, mace, black pepper corn and roast the red chilli, grind all to a powder and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee add onion, ginger & garlic paste, fry till it changes colour, on high flame.
  3. Add meat, salt, turmeric and fry on high flame till changes colour.
  4. Now add tomatoes, grind masala powder (keep a little a side for garnishing) mix well and wait for a boil
  5. Add water cover and cook on low to medium till the mutton is tender.
  6. Then add the yogurt and cook further till the oil comes on surface.
  7. Add green chilli, grind masala powder, mix well.
  8. Serve hot with roti, naan.
