- 1kg cleaned Chicken.. First marination with salt, black pepper powder,lemon juice and keep it in a fridge for 6-7 hrs.. if you want to cook it immediately then don't take boneless pieces.
- After first marination we have to take curd,black pepper,bay leaves,dry red chilli and a lemon 🍋
- Then we will start for our second marination.. so we have to take the above-mentioned ingredients,lemon zest,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. And mixed it properly..and keep it for 15-20 mins. So that your chicken will be soft..
- After that we took a pan and dry roast the black pepper.
- We have to take a non-stick pan for oil free.if you don't have it then you can use 1sp oil or butter.. So we have taken our marination chicken into the pan and cook with high frame first..then low frame.and give some water.and cover the pan. So that chicken will be boiled softly..
- So after the chicken will be soft then we can add the roasted Black pepper and garam masala powder. And cover the pan for a some time. And after that Our Lemon Pepper Chicken is ready to serve.. please try it.. it is a healthy dish.(If you want then you can add butter also)
