  3. In pan add oil, let it heat moderately, then add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes till it turns golden. Then add mashed potato + salt + pepper powder + red chilli powder and stir fry under medium flame for 3-4 minutes till moisture from potato evaporates.
  4. Now add Maggi magic masala to potato mixture and sauté for 1 - 2 minutes, transfer to a plate and let it cool down.
  5. Marinade capsicum rings with salt and keep aside for 10 - 12 minutes
  6. Crush Maggi noodles and dry roast under low flame till noodles turn crisp, switch off flame, add 1 tsp melted butter + 1 tsp Maggi magic masala and mix / toss welll.
  7. Now add the roasted noodles to potato mixture and mix gently.
  8. Now fill each capsicum rings with the prepared potato mixture very nicely and shallow fry for 4-5 minutes in a pan by covering with lid under low flame.
  9. Flip the other side, top with grated cheese and cook / fry under cover for 3-4 minutes under low flame.
  10. Now capsicum rings is ready to serve, garnish with small tomato pieces and serve hot.
