- Soak them overnight separately
- In morning grind them but first smell the water if there is bad smell coming again clean both the things
- Now grind them separately in different batches
- After grinding pour them in container.after washing your hand beat this batter properly with your hand
- Add 3--4 pinch eno/baking soda
- Now put iron tawa on a low flame
- After greasing tawa put this batter make it in oval or round shape
- Cook it till it becomes golden brown
- For sambhar: put toor daal in pressure cooker.add water,salt & turmeric powder according to taste.
- Cook it till 4 whistles come
- Cut finely chopped onion and tomatoes
- Add oil in a pan.now add chopped onions and tomatoes,mustard seeds,curry leaves,sabut laal mirch
- Cook it till it becomes golden brown.now add sambhar masala in it.
- Now pour the boiled toor daal in it
- Now add tamarind paste or boil tamarind in hot water.in a strainer mash tamarind and put in sambhar.
- For chutney roast sabut urad,chana daal on a low flame in a pan
- Now soak both the daals overnight.add peeled garlic,green chillies in it.soak overnight all the ingredients
- In morning grind the ingredients with salt and coconut powder
- For tempering heat little bit oil in a tadka pan.now add mustard seeds,curry leaves,sabut laal mirch
- After cooking it for 2-3 minutes pour it in chutney
- Serve all
